Change Your Mind; Change Your Body
Thin a majority of her life, in her early thirties Pamela gained 50 pounds before taking action to lose the weight. She vowed she would not allow herself to face that type of hurdle again. A decade later Pamela was mentally broken as the result of gaining 100 pounds.

The Missing Message
Having worked in corporate America for nearly a quarter of a century, Pamela recognized late in her career that the directive given to her growing up – “Get good grades so you can go to and graduate from college. Get a job. Work hard.” – did not properly prepare her for her working future.
